Founded on a love of 1950s glamour, Brighton-based retro fashion brand Dolly and Dotty create vintage inspired fashion with a flattering modern fit – and we have one to give away!

Dolly and Dotty was born in 2014, when two fashion professionals, Sonja and Ian Mitchell, combined their expertise and love of 1940s and 1950s style and swing music to create an affordable vintage reproduction brand.

The resulting range of rockabilly dresses include swing, flared, bandeau and halter-neck styles in a wide variety of retro colours, prints and motifs, all imagined in Brighton by a team of four designers who take inspiration from vintage shops, events and the vibrancy of the city itself.

The dresses, the majority of which are made from cotton, are produced in the Far East and are stocked all over the world in sizes 6 to 24.

“The brand ethos is to create fun vintage inspired fashion with a strong emphasis on the fit and comfort,” Sonja explains. “We also put great emphasis on ethical manufacturing. Whether you’re a rockabilly rebel, you have floral fever or you’re a day dress diva, we have something for you!”
